PAYMENT
All prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. The payment methods currently available are displayed at checkout. An order enters production only after successful payment confirmation and, for custom products, approval of the final digital artwork proof. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown before the customer places the order.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CUSTOMER CARE
Return, replacement, and refund eligibility is described in our Return & Refund Policy. Do not ship a return without prior authorization. Authorized returns are sent to:

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 2–5 business days after approval or inspection. The customer’s bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.

SALES TAX POLICY
TaxRation is required to collect state sales tax on orders shipped to state(s) where we are required to pay sales tax.

ARTWORK FILES
The pre-press department at TaxRation does review artwork before production but you are still 100% responsible for the accuracy of your print-ready artwork files. We encourage you to review any layout and copy prior to submitting said order.

Each Customer providing any artwork (including those bearing names, tradenames, marks, trademarks and logos) to be applied to any product purchased from TaxRation expressly acknowledges and represents that such Customer has all legal rights and full authority to use the provided artwork in such manner, and that such use does not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including, but not limited to any federal, state, local or foreign trademark or copyright rights.

EDITING, DELETING, OR MODIFICATION OF THIS WEBSITE
We reserve the right, for any reason, to edit this website. That means, without advance notice, we may suspend, discontinue, edit, or delete current offers, documents, information, products, services, or any other content appearing in this website.

PRODUCTION TIMES
We reserve the right to adjust the published production times. The customer will be promptly notified of any changes to the production time. High quantities, multiple imprint colors and/or multiple locations, and other special circumstances may not allow for rush production.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
